We have quite a few investment properties, and never in all the years we have used inspectors, have we had one as thorough as Kevin.  
He not only inspected areas like the attic that inspectors of our other places have skipped, but he also looked everywhere at the smallest details of the condo, both in and out.  
Kevin also took the time to  thoroughly answer any post-tension slab foundation, insulation, HVAC & electrical system questions we had, and pointed out things we could do to improve the life span of these systems.  
If we ever again buy something, he will absolutely be the first we will call!

PrimeSpec was a great choice (originally found on Yelp and, separately, recommended by my Realtor. Kevin arrived as scheduled, provided a thorough inspection, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I took him up on his offer to review his findings with me while at the property. We looked at each picture he took and he described in detail what he found - this made my review of the final Inspection Report a breeze and improved my ability to determine which items I should ask the seller to compensate me for as part of the purchase. While at the property doing the review, I had a few questions about some items he showed me in the pictures he had taken. He immediately said, "Let's go look at it", and took me to that part of the house where he then demonstrated the exact issue he was reporting. I know he has many many other customers, but at that time I felt like he had all the time in the world for just me. I found this impressive and his service invaluable. Thank you!!

My wife found Kevin on Angie's list and based on other's reviews we made an appointment with him to inspect the house we are set to purchase. Kevin was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough from start to finish. He pointed out areas of water damage, both in the eaves and along the foundation of the sun porch. He explained everything clearly and concisely and produces a highly detailed report with photos. We know our money was well spent, and we definitely would recommend Kevin.

Kevin is the real deal. He went over every inch of the house and found things I didn't notice. He even gave my wife his extra Gatorade when she started to feel sick. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to all my friends when they need an Inspector.

I highly recommend Kevin and his services. He is extremely detailed and noticed many items that I would not have located. He also did my post-frame inspection and identified items that would have been missed and covered up by my builder. Not all Home Inspectors are the same --- therefore, if you are looking for someone that is detailed, personable and has your back, Kevin should be your selection. I've worked with 3 inspectors in the past 15 years and Kevin is easily at the top.

I hired Kevin to come out and do an inspection on our newly constructed house before closing. Kevin did a superb job of finding things the builder's sub had overlooked or took the word of the service provider. He found that our insulation was 2.5-4 inches low in some areas of the attic (We had chosen R38 insulation). He also found that the switch for the zone heating and cooling was not working properly. But most importantly, he found things like the weather guarding on the roof, that I would have never thought about since I am from Texas. He gave me the peace of mind with his report that I passed onto the builder. I would recommend PrimeSpec and will have them back at 10 months before my warranty is up.

Kevin responded quickly to my voicemail and set up an appointment. During our initial phone call he carefully listened to my concerns and asked questions to clarify. He arrived at the house promptly and was ready for work. He began a detailed inspection of my house and paused to ask me more questions. When he finished, he offered me a clear, concise summary of his findings and gave me suggestions about how to proceed to solve the problems that he found. Throughout the process he focused only on me and my particular situation. He did not take calls from other potential clients, and he moved from one area of concern to another without stopping. Kevin was polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about systems in my home. He explained to me how certain heating and plumbing systems were interacting and pointed to areas of concern that I should watch for in the future. I only wish that I had hired him to do the first inspection on my home.

I selected Kevin to do the inspection solely based on the reviews on Angie's List and I was not disappointed! I contacted Kevin to do an inspection of my new home because I wanted an independent opinion from the builder and prior to the one year builder warranty expiration. I am so glad I decided to do this because Kevin found two safety concerns in my home that need to be resolved ASAP as well as a laundry list of minor repairs required. Kevin promptly responded to my initial inquiry for service, arrived on time at my home, and got right to work. The inspection took two and a half hours...very very thorough. At the inspection conclusion, Kevin discussed his findings with me and provided a 35 page report with pictures and recommendations for corrective action by the builder. I highly recommend Kevin and feel this was money well spent.

Kevin was wonderful! He was very prompt in returning my call and explained what would happen at the home inspection. He was on time and was fine with us following him around while he did his work. He answered any question we had and took the time to stop and explain if we didn't understand. He was very good about having to go up into the attic at 3pm in the dead heat of the Arizona summer. He was extremely thorough and even went above what other inspectors would do and checked the lawn sprinkler system. He took many pictures and went over the inspection with us at great length explaining all of what he found. He told us what would be an easy fix and even gave us some tips on how we might fix it or what to ask a professional to do. His report came later that same evening and was exceptionally well formatted and very easy to read. I have never had such a great experience with a home inspector. I will recommend him to everyone!

Kevin was very quick to return my email for a quote and was able to come out at the specific time/day that I needed. He arrived early for the appointment and quickly went to work. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire inspection. At the end, he spent about 40 minutes with us going over our report and showing us some important aspects of our home. He also emailed us the report within a couple hours. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will use him for any other inspections we need.

Kevin did a great job inspecting the home we were going to purchase. In fact, he inspected it so well that we walked from the purchase because of all of the problems he found. Kevin arrived on time and had already begun when I got there. It took over 2 hours to complete and he inspected the pool, roof, and all of the other areas home inspectors inspect. There wasn't attic access so he wasn't able to inspect that. After he was done, he went over all of the pictures and issues he found. What he showed us was a house that wasn't well maintained and one that needed a lot of work.
