We are a Restoration Contractor with 20 yrs experience working with all insurance companies on Water Damage claims. We have 4 people working for the company. We only use subcontractors for plumbing, stucco, granite installation, and carpet installation. Our ROC# is 244338. We offer free estimates. Owners Jim and Steve do the work. We have a showroom in the East Valley called The Remodel Store, which displays cabinets, flooring, granite, etc. Wholesale pricing to the public.

No Show and keep postponing the project.
After waiting 9 Weeks from my original date I contacted Precision R & R, LLC. I cancelled my agreement
Note. Precision R & R, LLC NEVER gave me a Formal Written Contract or Estimate for the work but took a $5000.00 deposti for the Vebal Estimated $18,000.00 project! They kept promissing to stop by with it typed out for my signature!
