Precision Locating

DO NOT USE. They completely messed up the diagnosis. They told my plumber where the manifold was and where they thought the leak was. TOTALLY wrong and cost me extra time and drywall repair. Would not respond to me. Waste of over $200. Use someone better!!

They did fine, they were able to locate it. The only thing about them is that they are priced very high.

This company was actually not the lowest bid received, but I felt more comfortable with them than I did the low bidder. Turns out I made the right choice, they were great to work with; very thorough and professional. I would recommend their services and use them again.

My only issue was the appointed arrival time. We had a specific time prearranged and verified. However, as the technician was finishing the previous appointment, prior to heading my way the office calls to verify I'm home, even though we had a set appointment. Well I was out in the garage working on related plumbing issues and did not hear the phone, so they sent the tech to another appointment. I was quite annoyed by this as the remainder of my day was mostly committed and didn't have much time to wait. Fortunately the delay was only an couple hours and I was able to move some things around.

I should have provided my cell phone and had it in my pocket, instead I had given my home number. I didn't expect to be in the garage when they called. I understand why they call, but it was frustrating none the less. The lesson here is expect a phone call within an hour of the scheduled arrival time and be prepared to answer!!

Jaime from J.I. Plumbing found a slab leak but to make sure we would have to hire a leak detector utilizing high tech wear. This service is expensive but it can detect 100% were the leak is in the slab. They took about 1 hour to locate and it was right on the spot Jaime had spotted.

We contacted this company on the recommendation of our plumber in order to locate a leak he could not find. They were not able to come out until the next day, but they arrived on time and the technician was very friendly and thorough. He located the leak quickly, and then surveyed the rest of the house to ensure nothing else was leaking and there were no other unrecognized problems. The price seemed a bit high relative to the work completed (finding the leak cost $200, but having our plumber fix the leak only cost $150), but I am very happy that he found the leak, and that we don't have anything else more sinister going on throughout the house. Thanks for excellent service! I will call you in the future if we have any further issues.

Doug performed the smoke and pressure test and also ran a camera thru the system. He did not find any cracks or problems. This company does not fix any problems so you know they are not saying you have a problem that you do not have. He explained and went over everything that he did and what he found. He marked the main clean out drain that was covered over with landscaping. We discussed the possibility of a crack in the slab and fumes coming up from the wet earth under the slab. I now feel comfortable that I do not have a sewer problem and highly recomend this company if you feel you have a leak.
