PITSTOP POOLS

Sand was in our pool and spa. The pool service we contacted subcontracted the job to Eric. Original diagnosis was that the filter laterals were bad, but after Eric drained the sand from the filter (quite a job), he found that it was the part the laterals connect into - the screw had burst, and it was no longer sealed. The contracted pool service said Eric should tell us to replace the filter, but he didn't. He found a way to repair the connecting piece. He made sure everything worked and my pool (which had turned green) was recovered. I referred Eric to a friend whose filter had become clogged with seed pods, and they were equally impressed with the quality of his service, his ingenity in solving problems, and his appreciation of our budgets.
