We hired Phoenix Pro Landscaping for sprinkler system work at two properties, and initially things seemed fine. Unfortunately, the owner has gone completely unresponsive despite repeated calls, texts, and voicemails ? and he still has the key to our sprinkler box. This has left us unable to water our plants, which are now dying. Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially after referring others to this business. Would not recommend based on our experience. Also address on website takes you to a random parking lot in Gilbert.

I was able to get in for a last minute job for a big party and was treated like a long time customer, service was outstanding I cannot recommend this company enough. They made me question my own lawn after it was done because of how amazing it came out it was done in a timely manner and they where very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I will be using Phoenix Pro Landscaping as my go to company for yard work now very impressed!!

Hired them to trim a tall palm tree that had been neglected by the previous owner. Anthony responded promptly to my phone call and was available as needed for follow up with scheduling. They were flexible with their schedule / availability and showed up on time as promised. The tree looks great and they left the area cleaner than it was before they started.

Anthony responds to texts quickly and is a professional you can trust. We hired him long distance before we moved into our new house and he set our minds at ease. He repaired broken sprinklers, readjusted the timing which brought back the lawn, and took photos to show us how the property looked both when he arrived, and after he finished trimming and clearing away a lot of overgrown plants. I highly recommend him.

Be sure to inspect the job after work is performed, many parts were promised and skipped. Tends to say yes to everything but does not follow through, will eventually fix if requested. I even paid 1/3 higher than quote without any extra services offered.

Anthony kept in constant contact. Was personable and professional. He and his crew were hired for Spring Yard clean up and came and did a good job! Was a little higher price for what work ended up actually being done from what was wanting to be done. However grass/yard does need to be done in stages I guess. Probably a misunderstanding on my part. Discussed a possible future project. Received a ballpark estimate. Overall I did really like this vendor and do recommend him. Very professional.
