the The job was done in a prompt and professional manner. Trent did the work in order to fulfill the job request in a timely way, even though he is an administrator. I appreciated that. The original installation in 2005 held up well, but over the years, adoption of 3 kittens resulted in holes and shredded patches of screen. I was satisfied with the original work so I called Phoenix Patio Systems again, and, again, I am completely satisfied with the work.

The company was so professional and finished the project just as quoted.  The product looks great and is so functional to reduce the sun impact and provide shade.  The price was worth it...I wished we had done this years ago!

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE AWNING IS NICE AND WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM ATTACHING THE AWNING TO THE HOUSE, BUT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ABOUT SOLVING IT, AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THEIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
