Had 3 different companies quote our pool install (salt / Pebbletec) and Dave from Pegasus was immediately more engaged in the project than the other companies, suggesting some options that we hadn't considered and that made a big difference in our enjoyment of our pool. The showroom staff and field personnel were attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. Even better, we feel we received a much better value for money than we would have with the others. I can be a pain to work with (lots of questions / concerns and an attitude at times) and Dave and the team were ALWAYS responsive, patient, and able to address any concerns in a very professional way. Even better (and I believe, more important), that responsiveness and patience with my noob pool owner questions continued unabated AFTER the sale / install. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Pegasus again!!

This review is purposely being written 6 months after the pool project has been completed. We were happy 6 months ago and, more importantly, happy today. We couldn't be more satisfied with Pegasus Pools and particularly in dealing with David. He did a great job of planning with us given that a 25 yard lap pool is atypical of what most customers want. I was very impressed how he planned the project, discussed any pros/cons of choices we made, and coordinated at least 12 sets of specialists all of who frequently work with Pegasus. He kept us very informed of next steps, timing and any potential delays (weather, COVID-related supplier delays, etc.). Ultimately, the key test is satisfaction with the final product. We are VERY satisfied. It can be daunting to determine who to select for a pool contractor. Pegasus came recommended to us and we highly recommend them to others.

After many months of looking into pool builders, the hubby and I narrowed down our choices to 4 builders. After meeting with Kane, we instantly knew this guy was going to be awesome to work with. He wasn't just a designer/sales guy... he was THE guy we were going to be working with from start to finish. He met with us, truly listened to what we wanted, listened to our budget concerns, and designed an amazing backyard for us. From the beginning Kane was on time for every meeting, communicated with us on a daily basis, talked to us about everything we needed to know and take into consideration with our yard, and definitely put us at ease during the major monsoon storms and flooding while we had a giant open hole in our yard after excavation. He was always easy to get ahold of and had a great sense of urgency to make sure every question we had was answered and that we were truly happy. He communicated every stage of the project from excavation, to rebar and shotcrete, to decking, landscape and pebble install. Every single one of his crews was professional, courteous and on-time. From excavation to finish there was always something going on. When we first started our pool and backyard we thought the process would be lengthy considering it was the middle of summer and that we would come across many bumps along the road. But not with Pegasus Pools. The process was smooth, seamless and much easier than we expected. From dig to swim day was just under 6 weeks and thats including a week of no work just to let the monsoon rain damage dry out! That's unheard of during the middle of summer when everyone is trying to build a pool! Kane's professionalism and sense of urgency definitely exceeded our expectations. In addition to that, at one point in time Kane was unable to be onsite but we didn't have to worry because the owner, Chip, was able to come onsite just to make sure things went smoothly. Kane was always honest about timeframes and deadlines and often exceeded them. He was not one to over promise and under deliver. He was the exact opposite and often under promised and over delivered by leaps and bounds. Kane's work ethic is top notch and we are so fortunate that we chose Pegasus Pools to help us build our dream backyard.

We could not be happier with our Pegasus Pool.  We worked with Chip (the owner) and Kane (Project Manager) in designing and constructing our pool.  They listened to what we wanted in a pool and worked hard to keep everything within our budget.  We spent a lot of time with Kane, or he spent a lot of time with us, going over my dream of the pool I wanted.  This pool was more to me than a hole in the ground with water for cooling purposes.  Once Kane heard the dream, the wants and needs he put pen to paper and came up with something that we're really happy with.  Now that the pool is in and we're enjoying it-- me, my husband and our dog, we couldn't be happier.  Everything came together perfectly ... we enjoy the pool, the therapy water jets, but most of all.... the waterfall.  My waterfall is big. Close your eyes and you'd swear you're in the mountains next to your favorite steam the way it falls and trickles over and around the rocks.  Once we get the landscaping in, we won't have to head to the mountains on a summer weekend, we'll just walk out the back door.

Chip and Kane were punctual for every meeting -- whether at our home or the design center.  If delayed, they called.  We were never left hanging and not knowing what was going to happen next.  The sub-contractors were on time and cleaned up every day.  Kane provided a way to keep our dogs away from the construction area so they didn't hurt themselves.  There were a couple of hiccups but nothing of any consequence .... at this point, we don't remember what they were because Kane and Chip always made everything right and sometimes, even better.  Kane and Chip were always assessable by phone or text.  For us, Chip and Kane conducted business and treated us the way all businesses should -- the Nordstrom of pool companies.

We love Kane and Chip.  They are welcome in our home anytime.  We would hire Pegasus Pools again .... in a heartbeat ....  As happy as we were to have the pool completed, we miss seeing Chip and Kane.

 

Excellent, although they weren't the lowest quote Kane Adkins and his crew did a great job. Great communication during the whole process. My neighbors that used other companies actually have come over to take photos of my pool.

We once again called Kane. As it has been in the past he was prompt for his appointment. He has the absolute patience of a saint! He threw out some fantastic ideas and that's what we did!
It took approximately 3 days to finalize the project, the worker(s) were very neat and clean, and installed a beautiful travertine walkway up to a very stunning firepit.

The moment we spoke to Kane, the Senior Project Manager (480) 628-3462 directly, he was very honest, thorough, informative, and extremely professional. He came to our home right on time for the initial evaluation and guided us through several scenarios starting with the least to the most expensive solutions.
Kane was true to his word the entirety of the project from when the work began, the process involved, with no hidden costs appearing upon final payment . As a courtesy he also informed us what was accomplished during the day, while we were at work, and what was on the agenda for the next day including pictures of the progress.
The owner, Chip, took the time to come out to our home, not once, but twice to check on the quality of the work being done. The professionalism and attention to detail by far exceeded our expectations!
Miguel and his crew were very clean and tidy the entire process and did amazing work!
We will most definitely be referring Pegasus Pool and Spa to everyone we know!!

Cornerstone stayed on top of all phases of construction and the work was completed to my satisfaction and very quickly.

They did a fantastic job. They were very prompt and they listened to our needs. They talked to our level. They were very knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Came in late, we had a lot of quality issues, but the office responded in a timely manner. The repairs took multiple visits to fix.

They did a pretty good job, the pool looks great and they worked very hard and got the job done. The only problem was a few cracks that were left behind, but they were very small and it was no big deal. Overall it was a good job.
