repaired leak and recharge heat pump unit, but did not solve issue. provide a new outside heat pump unit a reduced cost do to not fixing originally. Were very connerned that they did not fix on there original try. Price for new unit was very reasonable.... I own several homes in AZ so I know there is wide range that contractors charge. Original unit installed were not very good and only lasted 8 years. glad I replaced...

Eric came to the house to provide ideas on how to cool a large bedroom in a part of the house that did not cool well enough for me. I had already researched the issue and was not at all surprised when he recommended a ductless mini-split unit.  He spent time explaining how the unit operated, how it would be installed, and how long it would take.  He then promptly emailed a detailed estimate to me.  The unit was installed a couple of weeks later and it works beautifully.  It cools extremely well and is practically silent just as Eric said it would be.  The installation went flawlessly.  Eric was there the entire time (about four hours) along with an electrician and Eric's work crew.  They all appeared to know exactly what they were doing, were efficient, and tidy.  Eric was recommended to me by an acquaintance who is a perfectionist and I now understand why he recommended Eric highly.

Excellent diagnosis and service.  They are always working with the customer to provide best and complete service.  We trust the guys completely.  Office/scheduling/billing staff always courteous.  Thanks PDQ!  We recommend you to everyone!

WE LOVE PDQ.  Both guys are great.  They really want you go be happy.  They don't do glitzy ads or pay you for your praise.  They do fabulous work.  They are humble and grateful which goes far in my book.  Jeff and Eric are exemplary.  Jeff was kind enough to let my husband know when the units we wanted went down in price and even showed us a way to save more.  They always were on time.  They left the job site neat.  They knew my husband would take photos of the work's progression which they were more than accommodating about.  I have recommended them to friends.  I found them through my Realtor and it was one of the best referrals ever.  Their pricing was tremendously better than anyone else's.  Wow, the way the "Big Names" mark up their services.  I don't need a glossy packet of information that you printed off the internet.  I need knowledge, transparency and reliability - all of which we found with PDQ.  Two thumbs up and more!

They were fantastic!!! I can't say enough good about them and their service. We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel, were upgrading to a taller 36" cupboard so when we removed the soffet we found that the Vent for the stove was in the way. I called PDQ and spoke with Jennifer, I  told her my situation and timeline and they scheduled me for the next day. Eric and Cameron were her the next morning and evaluated our situation we were very limited in options, almost impossible but they were able to re-route the vent, it wasn't an easy job but they did it and it was complete the same day. I couldn't be happier with the results. Again what a nice bunch of people. Do not hesitate calling them. I will use them again for all my HVAC needs. Great company.

Jeff Parkes gave us the most believable estimate, seemed the most honest & forthright of the 8 vendors we talked to. We were not disappointed in any way on the day of the install. Jeff & his cousin are the owners and they were both on the job. The removal & installation was done with a minimum of noise and the result displayed a very high level of workmanship - everything was done neatly and cleanly. They left the work areas at least as clean as they found them. I am impressed! Recommended without reservation.

They were here at the time they promised, and started work. They had to take the trim off to get in the attic for the furnace, and they made sure they kept me informed in what they were doing (Nothing worse than hearing a saw when you don't expect to :) ) They were very thorough and respectful, and a very uneventful installation, which is always the best thing to happen when major things are being installed in your house. They started about 6:30 and ended about 2:30. I felt comfortable interrupting them whenever I had a question which is unusual in these days of "time is money, what do you want now" customer service. They finished the install, and cleaned up, and very well at that. You couldn't tell they had been here at all. They then went over the new touch screen thermostat, I paid them, and they left assuring me that I could call any time with questions. (After dealing with my wife and I for the last two weeks I would have changed my number if I were them ) I couldn't be happier with the whole thing, I got great equipment for a more than fair price, had great service, and at the end of the day had those "warm fuzzies" that you get so rarely these days that tells you that you dealt with honorable people and could go to sleep not worrying about whether or not you got cheated.
