We have been happy with their service. I like the quality of work when it was done, it was to my satisfaction. They also have a good follow through when we needed touch up. They have good price. I think I asked for people's recommendation when I was looking for a roofer that is how I found them. The clean up was good.

The job went very smoothly and I am very satisfied.

We were not living in the state when the work started. They started a week late. The subcontractor was James Hazelwood, who does not have a license. It took 6 weeks to do a 5 day job. We had to call many times to threaten to fire them because they didn't show up. When we moved into the house on Dec 23, the roof was completed, as far we knew. We paid them the balance from the estimate. There is flashing missing in places and some of the caulking wasn't done. We had two companies look at the roof. Update: We couldn't find anyone to officially work on the roof because there are so many code violations. We found a contractor that would do the weatherizing but not accept liability. Mr. Robinett paid for the work but no longer accepts liability. We will have to spend another $10,000 in a few years to re-do the work. Overall, we lost $5000 on this job.

Paul's Roofing did the original foam roof 3 1/2 years ago. Many of my neighbors have used Paul's Roofing, which is where I got the reference. I was very happy with the results 3 years ago, and I called Paul's Roofing for an estimate on the addition without shopping around for prices. I know Paul will be fair, do a good job, use a professional crew, and clean up thoroughly after the job.

He specializes in flat roofs. He does it when scheduled. He also does extra work as far as tearing off existing materials and installs marble chips to prevent birds from pecking on the roof.
