Crew was very professional. Arrived at the house and within 2 days had my new underlayment and tile installed. Clean up was thorough and driveway free of nails. All in all a very good experience with Panda Roofing. I will be recommending them.

We had an awful roof issue with a Roofing contractor trying to get my insurance company to replace the roof for over a year!!! Meanwhile we had monsoons and winter storms making is even worse. So we decided we'd have to replace it ourselves. We got several estimates from different contractors. It's very expensive considering we have solar and it's about 10 grand just to remove the solar off the roof and put it back when the roof is finished. Then I found MONTY with PANDA ROOFING!! The customer service was great! Monty came to my house on a Thursday and inspected the roof for me AND came back again on Saturday when my husband was home. He gave us the best price and the best quality of materials (with a 50 year warranty!!) and even helped us get financing that same day. In less than a week my beautiful new roof was on my house. Showed up on time did a though job of removing the old insulation. Two days later came and replaced with new.

Very quick response time from quote to completion. Showed up on time and completed the blown insulation and the garage door insulation. This has made a huge difference in keeping the garage cool. Excellent work.

Did not get an estimated written cost until here starting work. Did not get a bag count of material used. Asked twice for it. Manufacture recommends so what a bag well do per sq ft per r value.
