She gives her clients a Luxury Cruise or other vacation at closing and continues to serve them after the sale. Over 100 Vendors give Pam's clients discounts on flooring, cleaning, plumbing, landscaping, etc. Pam was a real estate investor before becoming a full time Realtor. She understands, first hand, what is involved in buying, flipping and renting homes and the importance of getting the highest return on your investment when you buy and sell properties. After her first year as a Realtor, she was listed in the TOP 10% of Realtor’s in Arizona. Within 3 years she had received several awards and has been listed in the TOP 1% of Realtors nationwide ever since. Pam wrote over 30 newspaper articles concerning real estate for various publications and a guest article for the Arizona Title Association. Within 5 years of being a Realtor Pam had obtained 3 important honors- the CRS, GRI and ABR Designations. In 2013, she received the MCNE Designation. Very few Realtor’s in the United States have this designation. It is equivalent to a Masters Degree in negotiation skills. Pam works hard to give you the best service possible.
