In Ground Swimming Pool or Accessories - Repair or Service
I have been a customer of Octave for over 6 years and have gone through 3 different owners. The latest owner Doug does not care about your pool at all. Quality has gone way down service is never when they say it is. They charge for everything filter cleanings were included in my package but with the new owner he removed them. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone they never answer and leave you on read if you text. I have contacted my bank to get a refund for the service not completed and late, because the owner will not respond. Go somewhere else if you need any pool services. Also to add in there this guy is a thief and a fraud. He charged me for services he never performed and refuses to give me a refund and provided false pictures to the bank. Beware of this company.

Amazing. I had Stephen and crew stop by for a quote on a black algae problem. I planned after taking with him to have them acid wash in October when cooler. But he and crew through a few chemicals in and brushed and my pool looks fantastic. Also got some great pointers. Definitely will hire again!
