NORWOOD FURNITURE

Our salesperson, Janice, met with us several times, including once at our home to take measurements.  She helped us coordinate colors and select a quality brand that would serve us for many years.  Delivery was on time and we are very pleased with the furniture.

We were looking to spend $3,000-$4,000 on furniture. After finally finding the entrance (in the back, there is no door on Gilbert Rd), we entered the store and saw a receptionist. Well, the sign said "receptionist," but we did not get anything more than a weak "Hello." We asked a gentleman where the restrooms were and he said they were located in the back of the store. We decided to eat lunch before shopping and the same man recommended the Farmers market next door. He went on to say that we could exit their store thru the back door and then enter the restaurant thru the kitchen. A woman then (literally) showed us the exit door. We returned thru the same door about 40 mins later and were expecting to get pounced on by a sales person, but were not. Actually, we felt quite invisible and ignored. I made my way thru the store, checking prices, sitting on chairs and, still, no one approached me. We decided we might as well leave as no one showed any interest in us. As we were leaving, the 'receptionist' said, "did you connect with Pam?" I thought she must have confused us with other customers and said, "we don't know a Pam". The receptionist said, "She's the woman who spoke to you." Took me a sec to realize she was talking about the door lady, to which I said, "She never introduced herself so I have no idea who she is." We realized that Pam must have claimed us as her "up" which is why we were so firmly ignored. Thing is, I think Pam went to lunch as we came back.

WE WORKED WITH JODIE MARCUS AND SHERRI MURPHY FROM NORWOOD TO OUTFIT OUR NEW HOME WITH FURNITURE AND BLINDS AND SHUTTERS. BOTH WOMEN SPENT HOURS OF TIME ASSISTING US WITH CHOICES. BLINDS AND SHUTTERS WERE INSTALLED ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. MOST INSTALLED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDERING. CAME OUT TO OUR HOME PRIOR TO COMPLETION TO MEASURE FOR WINDOW TREATMENTS AND TO HELP ASSIST WITH COLOR CHOICE. FABULOUS SERVICE. I HAVE BOUGHT FURNITURE AT OTHER HIGH-END SHOWROOMS, BUT NORWOOD'S SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM NORWOOD.

NORWOODS INTERIOR DECORATORS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

NO OTHER FURNITURE STORE (AND I WENT TO OVER 20) OFFERED ME THIS OUTSTANDING IN HOME SERVICE! THEY WERE PATIENT WITH MY STRUGGLES WITH COLOR! THEY CAME UP WITH A VERY COOL, UNIQUE IDEA FOR MY FAMILY ROOM AND KITCHEN DINETTE AREA. THEY DID A GREAT JOB!
