Best experience I could have expected. Seth came out and got the job done right. He was honest and professional, told me exactly what was needed to fix the issue, and did a great job. He didn't try to up sell or offer unnecessary services. I will definitely use him again for all my garage doors.

Seth explained exactly what the problem was and what his recommendations were for the repair. He was prompt on his arrival sent me a text on his expected arrival time. Extremely professional, had all the parts with him, upgraded the springs on the door, re-lubed the fittings and replaced one pair of end bearing plates - after showing me the imperfections and the problems they were causing. Upgraded the rollers from metal to smooth gliding polyurethane rollers. sounds like a new Garage Door . His stickers are now on the wall and he is our Number 1 repair guy.

Seth was absolutely fantastic. He scheduled the service quickly, was very professional, patiently answered questions about my door, replaced rollers, lubricated, adjusted the spring, told me how to lubricate, and even had a remote on hand I could purchase from him. He synced it for me without even being asked. I’ll go to him every single time for service or repairs.

From initial contact to finished work, all was exceptional. Very professional, friendly, prompt. Saved me a lot of money by repairing rather than replacing my garage door as another company wanted to do. I had styrofoam insulated panels installed as an add on. Very satisfied with all that was done.

Our garage door spring broke over a long holiday weekend. I called the morning of the next business day, Seth's office staff was very pleasant, was able to schedule me for that afternoon. Seth explained to me the difference between regular springs and high-cycle springs, but there was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. (However, we did decide to go with that, especially considering the Angie's List promo.) Seth was on time and professional. We were very pleased with our experience, and would call Neumann Overhead Doors again!

Okay, but part of the problem is the age and type of the opener itself. It is quieter, but a new opener is the ultimate solution--just not at Christmastime. Yes, I would hire them again.

Exceptional Customer Service! Seth took the time to explain how all the components of the door should function. He texted before the appointment to let us know he would be there at the scheduled time. He inspected the entire door and educated us on required maintenance. We would definitely recommend Neuman Overhead Door and would use them again.

Seth was right on time for our scheduled appointment and was very thorough and prompt in completing the needed tune up. The door is now operating as expected w/ the proper spring tension and it is very quiet.

I went great!!! Never on my life had a service person be so Professional and flexible with scheduling of the jobs. I manage a hotel and the technician was so great with our guest that I was truly impress with his customer service. I would personally recommend this company to everyone.
