+ -1 moreThis contractor has committed fraud by not finishing work paid for up front. He exhibited at a local home show in Phoenix and seemed reputable, but he obviously is not. Beware!
Description of Work: Estimate of $3300 for total backyard landscape job in Gilbert. Manley required 1/2 down ($1650). He completed about $1000 worth of work, and never came back. Has never answered or returned numerous calls and emails.
