 + -1 moreWorkers arrived when they said they would. There were sufficient personnel to do the job. The old shingles and felt were removed the first day. Damaged sheathing was replaced and sheathing was inspected for any loose nails and roofing foundation was installed. Shingles were delivered and placed on the roof early on the morning of the first day. Some shingles were installed the first day. The owner of the company and his inspector were available to oversee the work as it progressed. The work was finished on the second day about Noon or a little later. The job was timely and done in a professional manner. Trash was hauled off and site cleaned up.
Description of Work: Remove old shingles and felt to sheathing. Install 2 layers of 15# felt and Ice/water shield to code. Install two solar power roof ventilators. Install 30 yr. Amber shingles with special rolled roofing material on rear Patio roof. Install flashing where wood fascia touches the shingles. Replace one piece of fascia that had water damage from previous roofing mismatch where garage addition merged with existing roof. Made sure the problem was not repeated. Paint all pipe jacks and vents. Replaced damaged sheathing. Installed new drip edge all edges. Seal around all vents, pipes and flashing. Nail shingles per code or better. Clean up and haul away old shingles, felt, sheathing, etc.
