They're excellent! They'll give you a ride if you need it. They'll call with estimates. We always feel like they're giving an honest estimate and they are very fair with their pricing. I've called them when my husband was stranded somewhere and they picked him up and didn't charge for that. The owners are Jack and Carinne Griffith.

They were really thorough and awesome to work with. They had competitive pricing. They were quick and very informative. They did not over charge me for anything.

I think I was treated unfairly. They told me that I needed to have a bunch of unnecessary stuff done that I did not think needed to be done. I did not think that all of those things needed to be done just to fix the clicking noise that was going on.

They are honest and capable. I have always had good results on any maintenance or repairs they do. They are very accommodating on convenient times to get my car in. I usually wait when I take my car in and it takes about 45 minutes to complete.

Given the cars age there were a multitude of problems and "dialing in" that needed to be done to get the car running smoothly. Jack and his crew outdid themselves to make this car run better than it ever has. I have dealt with Jack many times in the past and he always is honest and open about what can and cannot be done. There have even times he's turned down work given the issues. This is one auto service center where I feel they are open and honest and I don't fear I am getting pressured into parts or services I don't need. Truly one of the last honest auto-repair shops.

As a former mechanic, now engineer, I am always leery when I have to enlist the services of a mechanic. I decided to call NAPA Auto Care and get an estimate on the work and then also talked to their parts department to inquire on the cost of the parts alone. They were very upfront about both estimates and I felt comfortable having them do the work. They were also upfront about the possibility that since it was Saturday, they may not get to it until Monday. I was fine with that. They called later in the day to give me the estimate and when I inquired about the calipers, they said they don't do unnecessary work. I was thrilled. I have never had a brake job done where the salesperson did not insist on changing out the calipers. The work was done, done expertly, and for the price they quoted. I have found an auto repair shop I can trust.
