THE OWNER TOOK HIS TIME TO TRY TO RETRIEVE ALL OF OUR FILES. HE EVEN GAVE US TICKETS TO THE MOVIE THEATERS TO KILL SOME TIME WHILE HE FIXED OUR COMPUTER. HE ALSO STAYED WORKING ON OUR COMPUTER AFTER HOURS AND OPENED HIS STORE TO US TO PICK OUR COMPUTER UP. HE ALSO GAVE US A BREAK ON THE PRICE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAD JUST GOT HOME FROM THE GULF.

STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ADVISING WHICH EQUIPMENT WOULD BE BEST FOR MY COMPUTING NEEDS. THEY OFFERED TO ASSIST WITH THE INSTALLATION OF BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. THE PRICES WERE THE BEST I HAD FOUND IN THE AREA!!!

STAYED LATE TO LET ME DROP THE COMPUTER OFF, CALLED WHEN THE REPAIR ESTIMATE CHANGED BECAUSE WE COULDN'T USE PARTS FROM THE OLD PC. STAYED LATE TO LET ME COME AND PICK THE REBUILT UNIT UP.
