Received tile that was deemed to be defective by an independent inspector. They would not cover the cost of replacement, and instead chose to let me have to spend money to get an attorney and file a complaint. Still ongoing over 3 years later. You can read about it here: [*** Link removed ***]

Monterrey tile had a very large selection of tile to chose from and at very reasonable prices. The sales person was very helpful and since the tile we did picked was special order we were told it would take 7 to 10 days to receive. The delivery time was right on schedule. We were very pleased with there service and would use them again.

Overall it was good..however, this company has a policy that it can't take credit cards over the phone which can make it difficult to make last minute purchases..... and it begs the Question ? Whats going on?? I ran into this a couple of times and it made this company a little difficult to do business with.

Our tile installer suggested Monterrey Tile for the materials for our 13x30 patio. Went to their large showroom and was helped by salesman. He was helpful, not trying to steer us to expensive stuff and was informative. We left with 4 sample tiles. Called the next day and ordered by phone. Our choice was a close out and the price was way less than the big box stores. Our tile man picked it up a week later and the patio looks great!

Several people recommended Monterrey Tile to us when we were looking for tile for our patio. Doug B was extremely helpful, took his time and answered all of our questions. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The headquarters are in Chandler, AZ on 401 E Ray Road. Highly recommend this company.
