Carpet Cleaning
They attempted to clean my carpet. The tech had no experience, and couldn't even run a vacuum sweeper. He cleaned the carpet without the heat, and had to do it twice. I made a call and wrote an email about the situation and the owner apologized and said he was new. I told him why would you send someone new with no experience out to a job. I had paid the company with a check, but put a stop on it because I was unhappy with the work.

Carpet Cleaning
Matt set up a time to clean our carpet and did not show up. We waited for him for 90 minutes after the scheduled time at the location We tried to contact him 3 times we only got voice mail. He did not return our calls. No show, no apology...nothing.
