MIRAGE POOLS

I got bids from 5 companies and chose Mirage because of a referral and also because they were willing to work with me which I took as a sign that they'd be responsive during the project. Mark, the sales rep, was on time, friendly, and professional during the entire process and was always available to address my needs/concerns. The project was completed in two weeks as expected (you have to give them some slack for weather issues, unforseen construction challenges etc). The subcontractors that performed the work were always friendly and efficient. As with any contruction project there were a few challenges that needed to be overcome and you need to be part of the process but they were easy to work with to get resolution. None of said challenges affected the structural outcome of the job. I'm extremely pleased with the results, the pool is beautiful.

I SHOPPED AROUND TO MANY POOL COMPANIES AND MIRAGE WAS REFERRED TO US FROM A FRIEND. THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE IN PRICING (SAVED ABOUT 7K) AND THEY WERE FAST. THEY HELPED US DESIGN A POOL THAT WAS IN BUDGET AND MET OUR NEEDS. OUR SALES/DESIGN PERSON WAS HERE EVERY DAY CHECKING ON THE WORKERS AND FOLLOWED UP ON ANY CONCERNS WE HAD.
