Phone representative was pleasant and helpful. They were only one of two providers that can offer same day service on a last minute notice. This much I appreciate. The technician was punctual, helpful and answered all my questions. I only have two things that brought down the overall review. First has to do with quality. Tech slightly scratched my garage wall in taking out the old spring. Also, he was dragging his ladder on my epoxy painted garage floor. Second issue is that they will only allow the Angie's list discount if I paid for a Service Call, despite having the work done. Their reasoning is that they can only give either a free service call or discount, but not both. This was not explained when I set up the appointment, especially since I mentioned that I found them through Angie's list. I've hired other contractors that never charge a service call just because I have shown another discount coupon. The discount was not much more than the Service Call charge, thus negating any discount. I shouldn't have to pay for their trip cost to my property for work that they were paid for.

Door has worked perfectly since the adjustment. Found our the previous repair person had installed the wrong size spring but it is working well enough.

Matt was very prompt and efficient. In fact he was running a little early and asked if he could come early which wasn't a problem. He examined the door and made a couple of minor suggestions beyond what we had called him for (a diagnosis of the door, not a pressure sell). Honest, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommend if you are looking for reliable and fair give him a call.

The service visit went excellent! I knew something was wrong - but didn't know quite what it was... I obviously got the expert that walked me through the issue and fixed it on the spot - for what I thought was a fair price. Problem solved! I'd hire again! Thank you!

Matt was very punctual and very professional. He was quite knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the results. I have scheduled him to come back out and replace the hinges on my door as well on another call! I am definitely using him again!! Great service!!

Besides the roller replacement, lube and tune-up, Matt adjusted the clutch on the garage door opener and replaced the limit switch (($10.00) as the opener motor in the past had continued to run for a second or two after the door closed. He safety checked the door to ensure anyone hit by the door as it closed would not be injured, i.e., that the door would immediately roll back up. All in all, a great job!

He also adjusted the door opener clutch and replaced the front stop contact so the opener motor would not continue to run for a second or two after the door actually closed as it has done several times in the past. The cost for the contact replacement was $10.00. All in all, a job well done!

Matt arrived early, after calling to make sure that was okay. I was able to make an appointment and have him out here all in the same morning. The other provider I tried to contact still hasn't returned my message, and the work is already done! He was quick to get everything running smoothly and explained things thoroughly after the work was completed. If I ever have issues with my door again, this is the guy I'm calling.

Matt arrived on time and unlike other service providers I've contracted with on Angie's List, was o.k. with coming out to my rather remote location on a Saturday. He recommended a few repairs I needed which I agreed to. I ended up with a new door (almost). I have a builder grade door with one spring and Matt suggested that I replace one spring with two. I intend to have him out again to do exactly that. Matt has a can do attitude and is very easy to talk to.
