"Ms. [Member Name Removed], Your termite treatment on your home was completed, 5/18/2013, more than six years ago, not as you stated completed 5/22/19. The treatment was also $625.00 for a five year warranty not $900.00 as you have stated. You had the option to renew your warranty prior to the warranty expiring on 5/18/2018. You did not contact Magic Pest Control about your termite warranty until 6/19/19 after the termite warranty had been expired for over a year. The renewal option is absolutely valid to all customer wanting to renew their warranty prior to the expiration. You let the warranty expire by more than a year and now have made false reviews and false claims against us for your error. You have also made a claim of damage from six years ago that you have never been mentioned until now. Your story has changed numerous time and it is most unfortunate that you feel the need to slander a great reputable company that provided a great service and value to you without any issues during the warranty period. The pest control service you mention was refunded to you as a courtesy that you now state untrue as well, USPS tracking number for the refund is EE460397656US, tracking shows that attempted delivery and left you a notice and you left the letter unclaimed."
