 + -1 moreTHE PROPERTY WAS SOLD TO A FAMILY MEMBER. IN EXCHANGE FOR INTEREST ON THE NOTE, THE PURCHASER AGREED TO DO ARCHITECTURAL WORK ON A FUTURE PROJECT. THEY HANDLED ALL THE PAPER WORK. THE PAPERS WERE SENT TO US TO SIGN & WE WERE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE CLOSING. OVERALL, THE EXPERIENCE WAS SATISFACTORY.
Description of Work: THEY PREPARED THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE SALE OF A RESIDENTIAL LOT, INCLUDING A QUIT CLAIM DOCUMENT & A DEED OF TRUST FOR US, AS WELL AS THE TITLE INSURANCE FOR THE PURCHASER.
