Justin's pool service was recommended to me by my rental agent. Justin's provided pool service to a rental property that we own in Phoenix AZ for 3.5 years. Justin's was difficult to deal with, and frequently overcharged for simple service. The property was inspected last month in anticipation of sale of the property. Upon inspection, we found that Justin had not cleaned leave's from the pool heater, which would have ignited and caused a fire. Justin responded that this was not normal maintenance, and would only clean the leaves for an extra charge. He also charged an exorbitant amount for changing the pool light bulb, cleaning the filter, and other bi-annual maintenance. We also found that he had left trash piled around the pool filter instead of disposing of wrappers and boxes. He refused to clean up after himself.

Justin has always been friendly and honest. We have used him multiple times over the course of the ten years we have been in our current house. He arrived when he said he would and successfully completed the repairs on the first visit.

They clean the pool, they clean the filters, and they bring the chemicals. They have been very good. The pool is always crystal clear. They do a great job.

After leaving our house on the original warranty service call, he contacted the warranty company to verify the repairs. The warranty service called to inform me that the repairs were not covered. I called Justin's Pool Service directly to request an estimate. He was already working on it, and had located the parts. He gave me a detailed estimate, and told me that he could get the repairs done either Friday or Monday. (This was on Wed. evening) He called Thursday to let me know that he had time to get my repairs done. He came right when he said he would, and had all the repairs done within 30 minutes. I noticed shortly after he left that the pool pop ups were not cycling right. He told me would come back Friday. He came over Friday morning and quickly discovered that the wrong pop up head had been installed (by someone else) and was not allowing proper water flow to the pump. He called his supplier to ask if the head could be adjusted and proceeded to adjust the head. He didn't charge me for the return visit, and was very knowledgable and helpful. When he gave me the original estimate I called another pool service with great ratings from Angie's List. That company told me that his estimate was more than fair, and that they wouldn't be able to get to my pool nearly as quick as Justin's could. I will definitely call him the next time we need repairs done to the pool. He also has pool cleaning service.
