Jason the Pool Guy Inc.

Fired Jason. He has been servicing my pool and I don't think he has ever empied the baskets of debris or back washed the system. Pump gave out several months ago and I called my home warranty to come out and repair. I believe Jason was mad because I didn't have him repair it. He claims the pump was not up to code so I don't think he ever turned it on to make sure it was running and cleaning properly in his weekly visits. My son always checked the baskets and emptied them because they were never clean. We had to back wash the system because the pool sweep was running slow. When we opened it, we found it clogged. You would think your "POOL SERVICE" would catch it if they were doing their job. A asked for a refund as my 7 year old grandson could put a brush in the pool and do what he was doing and I was told to "POUND SAND". Jason states I am blaming him for the pump manfunctining. Not the case, I am blaming him for not knowing it was malfunctioning. If he were doing his job and checking it when he was servicing the pool, he would have known. Jason has no integrity.”

Jason is very knowledgeable and detailed with his work. He gave me a walk through of my system as he assessed it. Come to find out that it was a simple fix without needing to do major repairs. This guy knows his stuff and goes the extra mile, making me feel comfortable and confident. Very happy and highly recommend.

He was fantastic. Jason is very knowledgeable about all types of pools. What is great is that he is SRP certified to install pool pumps and he can do many repairs as well.  He is also reasonably priced. I will definitely be seeking out weekly services with him as soon as we fix up our pool.
