We had a problem with our water softener, so I did give Bryan a call. He was able to stop by the next day and he was able to identify the problem due to bad programming of the water softener and he fix it really fast. He explain the problem and why it's happening and why we need to change the programming to a different value.

Bryan and his crew were great! They arrived on time, explained everything, and did a great job with the installation. Bryan is a great proprietor and clearly cares about the quality of the parts and systems he uses along with the workmanship. He explained how everything works and told me to call anytime with questions. I am very happy with everything including the price, which included an excellent warranty - much better than the competition.
