Improve Homes Inc

Part of the job was done fabulous. The second and worse part was completed and looked great. Several weeks later the cracks reappeared. I contacted Mr. Hiegel by phone many times, sent several e-mails with photos asking for him to return and redo the drywall repairs. I have never had the courteous of a reply. This was a case of great start and then a disastrous finish!

I like their trust worthiness and I have used them a couple of times.  The owner is Paul Hiegel and basically they help people with additions or changes that they want to make within their home.  He does a real good job.  He took our ideas like what we wanted to do with our bathroom and walk in shower and made it happen.  It is a tough business and what I like about his company is that I can trust him.  He is honest, he is sincere and you don’t run into that.  He took care of all of our problems.

All projects have gone really well and we are really happy with the care taken towards our home and family needs as well as the final result. His skills are very broad but doesn't hesitate to bring in specialists as needed -- e.g., structural engineer when removing a load-bearing wall in the kitchen. Improve Homes is an honest, hard-working family business that I have no hesitation in recommending.
