Great company and very professional

Very thoughtful about my home issues. Did more than just sell me a unit.

From 3 Companies that came to quote on our AC replacement, Heath was the only one that mentioned the split directional vents are not providing the best airflow for the rooms. He was right but we had always thought the AC was lacking power. They also insulated under the Air Handler to promote a quieter system. In and out in one day with a follow up visit from their Technician to ensure all was working properly. Heath's Air was also the lowest quote. Highly recommend this Company.

Heath's Air came to the rescue after another provider dropped the ball on servicing our A/C. After being without A/C for 1.5 weeks, I contacted Heath's through HomeAdvisor/Angi, and they had us back and working within a day. I was very pleased with how they took care of us given our frustration level with the other company.

As an engineer familiar with such systems, Heath's recommendations far exceeded the objectives of my replacement project and kept the budget appropriately under the original target. The crew conducting the work was extremely courteous, tidy and very considerate of our workday (from home). They were on time, reviewed the jobsite for risks/hazards and took the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and error-free installation. Following the install Heath personally reviewed the installation with me and took notation of the install quality ensuring everything was top-notch.
