As soon as they rented it to me, they turned the property over to a landlord who was very slow to take care of any issues I was having. I moved out at the end of 2013. When I called to complain about the landlord, the representative at Guardian just laughed at me and said it was not their problem. The landlord was also very slow to return my deposit (which is not legal) and made up service occasions that had simply not occurred.
