Mike was wonderful to work with. We had a number of delays while my husband was getting the yard ready for the install. Mike worked with us throughout the process and was great. His crews did a great job, cleaned up and left the yard in tip top shape. We cannot say enough about our experience. Highly recommend them.

Working with Mike was very easy and straight forward. He answered all my questions and was very prompt with emails. He even got my project started a week earlier than originally thought. His crew was very professional. They did a great job and made sure the work site was cleaned up when done. We are thrilled with our back yard. I highly recommend them!!!

Mike is very prompt and clear when he communicates with us. I did not have to wait for long to hear back from him each time I call or email him. He also completed our project on time and within our agreed budget. However, his workers rushed through the final day and did not do a good job and we had to call him back to redo, which he did without any problem. Overall, it was great to work with an honest and reliable contractor.

Mike Griffin was the 3rd landscaper I interviewed. His price was the most reasonable of the three. I wanted to have a large boulder waterfall removed, and artificial turf installed in its place. It also involved replanting some of my current landscaping and planting more. He said it would be done in 2 days, and it was. Mike is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive to both phone calls and texts. I highly recommend him.

Mike explained everything very well to me and it all went off as planned. His crew did a great job of removing the grass and then planting trees and laying the rock down. I've gotten many good comments on how nice it looks.

Griffin's Desert Scapes is a very professional and friendly company! Mike met with us twice to discuss the patio project, addressing our concerns about rain flow away from the house. He took the time to prep the area before his crew arrived and then the job was done in a timely manner. Mike followed up with us after project completion for corrections. We are very pleased with our new patio and stairs!

Mike and his crew gave us a beautiful back yard to add to the new home we had just built. They were on time each day. Issues that came up were dealt with immediately. Questions were answered. Problems that have occurred after warranty that were not the fault of Griffin's Landscaping have been resolved by the owner without question. We highly recommend this business not just for the workmanship, but also for the accountability that has been shown by the owner, Mike.

We love our new backyard! We couldn't be happier with the whole design, estimation and install process. We had a vision for what we wanted in our new backyard, working within a small space. Mike worked with me and my husband to design it, provided guidance on design elements and helped keep the cost down by not adding in extras. Mike and crew did a great job with our paver and putting green project. Our backyard vision came to life and we love the extra space. We're already having a great time with the putting green. On time, on budget, quality work and the crew was awesome. Highly recommend!

Landscape Synthetic Grass for Putting Greens, Play Areas, etc. Installation
Mike and his crews were great! We explained what we were looking (synthetic grass for the dogs in our side yard) and Mike gave us all the details on how the work would be completed, the timeframe and costs. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the side yard looks incredible! Our dogs are enjoying it and they no longer drag in dirt/mud from the side yard when they come in the doggie door! Yeah for me!

"This customer was offered a price to redo his drip system along with the new trees we were installing. Numerous times he said that he was an irrigation pro and could fix any existing issues he had after the fact. I reminded him that we could not be responsible for an irrigation system that we did not install, and he said he understood. Also, on the day that we installed his trees, he had a separate company tear out part of his patio and had severed his drip line in several areas and is somehow upset with our company. There was no irrigatin work in his contract, so not sure how a claim of having to have someone else finish the job is valid."

Mike was the greatest! Very attentive, listened to our wants and needs, and even offered suggestions to keep us within budget. Work was completed in a timely manner and the results were amazing! We now love spending time in our backyard! Mike, the owner, communicated with us throughout the entire process and addressed all our questions/concerns right away. Initial estimate of fees for services was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company again for future landscaping needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services. We have nothing but the highest praises!

Mike and his entire crew were first rate. I had a detailed quote and plan within 24 hours and was told that they would start on a set date in 2 1/2 weeks time. Mike and a crew of 6 arrived at my house at 7AM that day and for the next 3 days until the job was complete. The job involved a paving stone patio, irrigation, lighting and landscaping. Mike was always available and gave good advice throughout the project. Very professional , easy to work with and very personable, as was his crew. Would highly recommend this company.

Mike Griffin and his team arrived promptly and remained on the site until the task was completed. More importantly we made changes to the landscape design during contraction to which M. Griffin was able to quickly accommodate (e.g. build a path, add more plants) and still make the agreed time lines and sometimes at NO EXTRA COST! I will use him for phase 2 and 3 of my home! Additionally he is not backward in coming forward so he'll tell you if you are barking up the wrong tree (no pun intended).

Project was completed early and totally met my expectations. It's not often a contractor's plan gets executed with that much precision. There are always project challenges and this job did have a couple that came up. Corrective action was discussed and approved before the fix was implemented. I couldn't be happier.
