Went well, was on time and pipes were fit to the new sink with no leaks.

My hot water heater broke and was flooding my home. I was put in touch with Grace Plumbing by my home warranty company. When they heard about the emergency situation they were right on it and at my home within the hour. Two very kind, considerate guys showed up and went right to work. They did an amazing job quickly and efficiently with a smile to boot! They helped me by lifting heavy items out of the way of the water damaged area. Their price was very reasonable and the customer service excellent. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a clogged kitchen drain soI  called Grace Plumbing.  The technician arrived promptly and went to work.  He ran out the entire length of his drain snake without clearing the clog.  He then declared that his snake was 100 feet long and my clog was past that length.  His equipment seemed fairly small and I questioned his statement.  He then left without charging me.  I spent the next 2 days trying to find a plumber with a snake over 100 feet long.  Finally a plumber from Robins said he would come check it out for free. When he arrived, he had a much more substantial piece of equipment and assured me that there was NO WAY my clog was farther than 100 feet.  He ran out 40 feet of snake and cleared the clog.  The guy from Grace was simply wrong! And it caused me no end of hassle. 

They were excellent!  They showed up on time, were conscientious, and pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure everything was working before they left. They cleaned up after themselves really well and I really appreciated their work ethic!

Our Home warranty program sent out Grace Plumbing to check into water heater
leak.  The plumber arrived at the specified time, assessed the
situation and was very courteous about the situation.  We explained to
him that there was some water damage inside the garage and in the
house.  He inspected all of this in addition to the water heater.  The
plumber decoupled the water heater that was leaking and setup the house
so that cold water was flowing.  He successfully stopped the water
heater leak and assessed that it needed to be replaced.  And then we had
a conversation about the cleanup and restoration of the property.  His
sister company does this work.  He offered to give us an estimate for
this work and we agreed to it, just to see what the numbers were like. 
We also had our home owner's insurance working on sending out a dryout
company to take care of the damage and to assess the restoration work.
As soon as we decided that we would go with our home owner's insurance
company for restoration, and not Grace Plumbing's sister company, the
plumber was not as courteous.  He also wrote up a report stating that
the water heater was installed incorrectly due to brass nipples,
reported this to our Home Warranty company, who denied our claim to
cover replacement of the water heater.  He left a copy of his invoice
and his report.  We felt that he submitted an incorrect report to our Home Warranty because he was upset about not getting the restoration project.
We were forced to find another plumber through
Angie's List so that we could get a water heater installed and hot water
running again. At this point, we were without hot water for 2 days.
We contacted Pruitt's Plumbing and we talked to Joshua, one of their
plumbers.  He was extremely helpful and explained to us that the 
plumber from Grace Plumbing was absolutely wrong in stating the
installation was incorrect.  So he worked with us to replace our water
heater and work with our Home Warranty to get it covered.

Waited all day. Did not show. No attempt to resolve. Promised discount for inconvenience then rescinded.
