Overall it did not go well. The initial project lead was not responsive and didn't followup on tasks that he was asked to perform. My issues were mostly surrounding the masonry at first. The cultured stone wall was not level in some places, had large gaps between stones with glops of mortar between and mortar had been slopped on many of the stones. There were three attempts to fix this issue, with which I finally said "I give up". I still have stone that is not level with those next to others. Additionally, the flagstone top for the wall was not level and had been poorly cut. They had to re-cut the flagstone, wasting that which I had purchased for the pathway. I got a new project lead after all of these issues surfaced. He was good to work with and solved most of the issues. He was surprised at the plants that had been recommended for placement in full sun, but I was stuck with the results. To date, however, I have not had a few of the plants replaced after dying.

THEIR PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY WERE A BIT LACKING WHEN IT CAME TO DOING THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. IN THE END THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
