Chad gave us a discount because 2 family homes were painted. His crew was without a single English speaker. This made communication virtually impossible. They did a good job and it was the lowest bid, but Chad never showed up after the initial bid. It was frustrating trying to ask questions, voice concerns when it has to be done through gestures. I didn't realize we might need to hire a translator to get through the job.

FORTE'S ESTIMATE WAS ACCURATE. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND QUITE THOROUGH. CHAD WAS A GREAT COMMUNICATOR. HE WORKED WITH US WHEN WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE A START DATE. HE COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME.
