AS THEY WERE INSTALLING THE WINDOW, I NOTICED THAT THE MULLIONS IN THE NEW WINDOW DID NOT LINE UP WITH THE WINDOW BELOW. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD REMEASURE AND ORDER A NEW WINDOW IF I WANTED. THIS WOULD MEAN MORE TIME OFF FROM WORK AS THEY DO NOT WORK VERY LATE. SO I HAD TO GET THE MANAGER ON THE PHONE TO SEE HOW MUCH WE WOULD REDUCE THE BILL. I DID GET THE BILL DOWN TO APPROX. 250.00, BUT I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO HAVE THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
