FARNSWORTH WHOLESALE COMPANY PLUMBING

My first visit to Farnsworth was on June 3rd to learn what supplies were available and their cost.  Most items are not displayed and priced so you have to request what you are looking for & obtain a quote.  Although I needed a variety of supplies, a waste & overflow was of particular need.  They had one in stock and I was quoted a price of approximately $37.  I returned the following day, June 4th, to purchase the waste & overflow as well as several additional items.  However, the waste & overflow was now quoted at $55.  When I mentioned the $37 quote I obtained the previous day, I was simply ignored - twice.  Since I had begun work on the project & needed the waste & overflow, I paid the $55 + tax price but purchased nothing else. 
Of particular note is their return policy for retail customers & homeowners who purchase by cash or credit card.  It states: "No returns or credits will be issued under any circumstances."  It is a very unfriendly return policy for homeowners & retail customers.  Fortunately, my experience with Farnsworth was limited to a small purchase.

Was great. They had what I wanted, told me why Toto did well in low-flow toilets, confirmed that they would fit in my remodel project and offered advice on repaired broken floor mounting plate. Couldn't have been better.

We ascertained that Farnsworth had the Toto model we wanted at a good price. We drove to Gilbert to purchase it. The salesman carefully loaded it in our truck and told us we had made a good selection.

THE SHOWROOM MANAGER WAS ABLE TO HELP ME SELECT THE TUB AND FIXTURES WE NEEDED FOR OUR HOME. HE HELPED IN CHOOSING THE BEST FIT FOR OUR NEEDS. HE HAD THEM DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IN THE LOCATION WHERE THE TUB WAS TO BE PLUMBED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID EVERYTHING AS ASKED.
