not good. Two weeks after Falcon did a routine PM, my house wasn't cooling down. They sent out a tech, who spent an hour and a half in the attic fixing a duct that got mysteriously got loose a Falcon tech had been up there on July 10th. He added 2 lbs of Freon, which is interesting cause it wasn't down 2 weeks prior. The house cooled down for a week. Then, the same tech came back a week later when the house wouldn't cool down again. This time, he went to the outside unit, again, where the PM tech had been. Freon down again added two lbs and concluded there was a leak and it had to be the manufacturer's fault. He literally laughed at me when I told him I was angry. He referred me to Chris in the office who said she left a message for the supplier to see if they would warranty the part. I never heard from her again. The problem still exists, I am working with another company on the solution. Such a shame, this company used to be stellar.

micky from falcon came out with a new digital thermostat. he went up on the roof and inspected the evap. cooler. he found that when falcon installed the cooler two years ago they accidentally placed a sheet metal screw in one of the thermostat wires. this caused the thermostat to malfunction two years later. they corrected at no charge. this shows me falcon a/c and micky are honest, and respectful .i highly recommend them.

Several years ago when I had very little money, Falcon Air did the minimum required to keep it going until I could afford a new one. Later I purchased the new one from Falcon Air at a very reasonable price and they even gave me a discount. Bill, the owner, made sure I was treated fairly and that the work was done right. This year on the 4th of July holiday and elderly neighbor's ac went out. She was distraught, not knowing who to call for help. I referred her to Falcon. Todd, their service man, had several calls that day, but he rearranged the schedule to give this lady quicker service. He checked over the system, identified the problem, did the repair and told her what might need more attention in the near future so she could plan ahead. He gave her a VERY reasonable price, especially considering it was a holiday. There was no high pressure to replace the ac right now...which some less reputable companies might be inclined to do.
When I have had an occasion to call Falcon, Bill, the owner, was often available to speak with me directly. He really cares about satisfying his customers. Falcon is a company you can trust to do the job right and stand behind their work!

had new cooler installed by falcon last year.  when i was getting cooler ready for summer i noticed a water leak from the drain under the cooler.  mark from falcon came out same day i called.  all repairs were covered under warranty. will definitely use falcon a/c again.

it went great. I had been talking to them and others getting quotes, knowing it was coming, I was pretty fixed on going with them. But then it crapped out completely and Bill out a crew out in an hour  and even got me a temporary unit even though I really didn't need it as it turned out. And he knew it. He just did it to settle me down. They were great.

arrived on time. finished in a few hours. all is working well. kept me informed during the installation.

It went great. I had talked to them twice and gotten an estimate . I knew my system was on life support and actually intended to get one more estimate as I like to get three.Turns out, the system crapped out before the 3rd guy ever got out here and I like Falcon a lot. They got started the DAY I called. I was warned it might take two days and I bugged and bugged them for 2 portable units. They complied even tho the crew knew I wouldn't need it.
The crew was amazing. They were so nice and so funny. I hated to see them leave. They did such a fabulous job and I love my new AC!! They also gave me a years worth of filters!

Excellent provide a new type of tub faucet that I absoluately love.

Mike arrived on time at 8:30. He was very polite and reassured me that he'd get everything fixed up. He went up to the roof and poked around for about 30 minutes. He told me the my fan motor needed to be replaced and he had one on the truck. Another hour later he was finished with the job. When asked, he reassured me that my AC unit was in good shape and would probably run for years to come with proper servicing. I was impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything, he was neat and professional and friendly. I have used them in the past and would do so again. They also have a plumbing service I have used to good effect.

Technician was Mike M. Was on time, very polite and was very knowledgeable about the particular A/C system we have (Goettl).

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFICIENT.
