Dakota took my call right away, walked me through the process, explained options, pricing and reasoning for using specific products. He was able to fit me in same day for a water heater replacement, arrived early and finished well within the window he originally gave me. He’s easy to talk to, answered questions and fit in a faucet repair I had been putting off. He wasn’t the lowest price, but definitely competitive. I read good reviews for him and ultimately decided to go with him because of the conversation we had and how transparent he was regarding pricing, product and work. During the job, he answered additional questions about our RO system and filters. He didn’t push to get that work, rather telling me that I could do it myself, which is what I hoped to hear. After the job was completed, I felt very confident that I made the best choice, highly recommend!

Great experience. He worked on our rental property and did so well we asked him to work on our main home as well.

Provided 3 service choices Repair faucet, install customer provided faucet, procure and install faucet. We chose last option.. He wore face mask. Very pleasant. Superior service at decent price.

Everything went smooth from the initial phone call for him to come out for service. He came out within a day of our phone call assessed what we needed done do to add a water softener to our new home. He quickly put a quote together while he was there that we felt was fair so my husband and I decided to move forward with it. Once it was time for the work to be completed Dekota was very flexible with us (working with our crazy schedule as well as working around movers) while building our softener loop he mentioned to us that our water heater was 10+ years old and offered as a new one at a very reasonable price and he added a drain pan that we didn’t have before. Overall I will absolutely be and have been recommending him to anyone that needs anything plumbing he’s very knowledgeable of the trade and backs up his products.
