ENVY Restoration + Construction

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work, punctuality, professionalism, constant communication and the value added service of the liaison role of the project manager with regard to the insurance company and adjuster. 

They tore down and re-did my entire roof, even replaced some of the planking that was effected and repaired some drywall, painted and textured inside ceilings from related storm damage. Everything came out fantastic!

Interestingly, Envy was recommended for a bathroom project we needed done. They were initially very responsive, but it took a while to get a quote so we went with someone else. When we woke up to find over an inch of water on our brand new hardwood floors after the large storm I called them immediately. Even though they were busy with all of the other emergency services they were able to make it to us within hours. They assessed the damage and started to dry the floors and drywall immediately. 
We had dehumidifiers, air movers and drying mats for over a week. Each day someone from Envy came to check-in on the progress, take moisture readings and adjust equipment as needed. They were informative and helpful. Dean was wonderful and went above and beyond to let us know what was going on and what we could expect. They were able to save the floors we had just finished putting in 2 months before! 
Envy was there when we really needed them and we are very grateful for all they did. They will be my first call for any restoration services we might need in the future. (Given our experience, I will also consider them for future construction projects as well).

Workers arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned the work areas thoroughly when they were finished. Kevin Casey came by to check out the work and personally deliver the invoice. I have since received a card from the company thanking us for the business. They were exceptionally professional, and we would certainly use them again.

All went as planned. Every person involved with the restoration was excellent. I can't say enough for ALL of workers involved.

Kevin and Nick were excellent to work with. Very polite, very negligible. Had the quote to us when promised. Scheduled the project quickly and started and finished on time. They let us know what and when something was going on, gave us a time frame of what to expect and when. Followed up with phone calls and even followed up in person to see how everything went. We were impressed. Our expectations were exceeded!
