Excellent! The warranty recall went well.

Had basic oil change completed at store. Overall, I was happy with the service. Everything was explained to me before service was completed.

Pricing was competitive, but I made an appointment for a saturday and when I arrived they tried to cancel it because of a bunch of walk-ins. In the end, I pushed and they did the work, but I shouldn't have had to push. Appointments are just that - agreements with people to do the work at a particular time. They shouldn't have taken in more walk-ins than they could handle. However in the end the work got done, so overall this was an OK arrangement.

This was my second auto servicing with Earnhardt - one about 6 months ago, last one this month. Both were routine service of my vehicle. Good experience both times, with no hitches. This time all that was needed was an oil change and I was in and out in about 35 minutes my time was spent in a comfortable waiting lounge (free popcorn was an added bonus!). I'll be going back for 30,000 mile check.

They just kept on finding other things to fix and never fixed our initial problem (the air conditioning), which was irritating. It seemed as though they were trying to get as much money as they could get out of us. After one of our services, the very next day my air conditioner fan only worked on full. That left me wondering what kind of work they actually did do. The next day I had to go back for them to fix it properly. On one of our visits, the van needed to be kept overnight so they offered a rental car, which they told my wife would be free of charge. However, when she went back to return it and pick up the van, they tried charging her for it for the additional time even though the van was not ready within 24 hours. They did inform her that the van would be ready within 24 hours but then it was not. Overall, I'm not very satisfied with their service.

They were overpriced, but they were good. I think that when you spend 1000 dollars, the least they can do is clean my car, but they didn't. I liked that they did a follow up on my car. They called after I got the car back.

They were great and the sales people really got me into a great car. I haven t had any problems where I would have to bring it back and complain. They gave me a great deal and they were very easy to get along with. I was very satisfied with the whole operation.

They were fine and they fixed the work with no problems. There was no cost to me because it was warranty work and I didn t have to wait long. They have a nice service and I would recommend them to other people because they are knowledgeable and professional.

Extremely poor communication by service adviser. Problem not fixed. Recommended radiator replacement and transverse pipe replacement and gave estimate, never mentioned water pump. When I called to see about job, stated "I hope that the water pump is ok, suggesting that he had no knowledge that it was not ok. I indicated that I would replace the pump if there was a problem down the line. Close to closing time, he calls to tell me that it is ready, never mentioning that it was leaking about as badly as it was previously. In addition, when I picked it up, it was running very roughly and the check engine light was on. When I looked under the hood the next day, I found that the clamp to the EGR had been left off. The service record reflected a bunch of communication from the adviser that never happened. Offered a bunch of unrelated work, got a call from new car salesman trying to sell me a new car the next day. Very bad experience.

THEY HAD COMPETITIVE RATES. THE MEN WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL.

THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS RESTORED TO WORKING CONDITION, ALTHOUGH ONE ASPECT OF THE PROBLEM (RANDOM DIRECTION CHANGES OF THE BLOWER FROM FLOOR, TO VENT, TO WINDSHIELD) WAS NOT RESOLVED. EARNHARDT GENERALLY DOES GOOD SATISFACTORY WORK, ALTHOUGH TIMELINESS OF FINISHING IS NOT ALWAYS ON SCHEDULE, AND PRICES TEND TO BE ON THE HIGH SIDE.

I CHOSE THE DEALERSHIP TO DO REPAIRS DUE TO CONVENIENCE, BUT THEY WERE OVER PRICED AND TOOK A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. THEY DID NOT CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF THE REPAIRS, I HAD TO CALL THEM AND IN SOME CASES THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THE ONLY POSITIVE COMMENT I HAVE ABOUT THE COMPANY IS THAT THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL CAR FOR THE FULL WEEK THAT IT TOOK TO MAKE THE REPAIRS.
