They did come back to finish the job. When they came back, my husband said he was not happy with the sheen ( there was none) so he asked what it would take to polish the travertine and fill all the holes and fix the grout and Matt stated 700.00 to 1000.00 more
( all the holes and grout should have been fixed the first time). So they returned again to put a low sheen on the travertine which created more holes and what Matt doesn't mention is that he does not have the equipment to clean, polish or seal small areas like the ones behind your toilet, so with that in mind. I stated to him that had I had known he couldn't do the job right that I would have went with a different company that could have. Then he stated that he had bent over backwards to make me happy and that really he should be charging more, This was after I stated that the sheen in one room I didn't like could he redo it and he did of course but he was only going to do the exposed area and not move the furniture.( cutting corners because he had another apt) When he finished this day he stated he would purchase the equipment to come back and complete the area behind the toilets and I should call him about 7 days, so I did and he stated he was going to a convention to purchase this equipment that I should call him back the following week and so I did and he stated he was on his way to the airport to go to the convention, then when I stated he said that the week before he got an attitude and stated he had already bent over backwards and should be charging to come back out to finish filling holes and grout and behind the toilets. I ended the conversation because I felt that I had more than paid for all this work to be done and it's not. I hope if you have used Matt that you received better service then we did and if your thinking of using him maybe you should think twice. Very dissapointed
