We called for an estimate and he was out the next day, and they came out about 2 weeks later. He was here on the day he said he would be. He installed all in 1 day. He also supplied us with the SRP Power paperwork.

Bryan came out and gave me an estimate that was better than other estimates I had researched. He was courteous and on time. He gave me samples of the 80% and 90% screens, so I could see which I wanted to go with. I choose to go with the 90% fabric. He did an excellent job and the windows look fantastic! I'm looking forward to lower AC bills come this summer! Bryan also was kind enough to fill out the SRP's Shade Screen Rebate Program form for me, which was a nice surprise, and a rebate program of which I was not aware. My rebate: $96.00! Now, that's cool!

He was prompt and courteous in both instances. The condo experience was excellent but it was a complete failure for our home security door. We had to reject the work as it did not fit properly . It was subsequently completed by another contractor. I would have given the highest rating if we had used him solely for the condo window installation.

"Thanks for your kind rating on my window work Member. Sorry the security door didn't work out. As I don't install security doors and I don't normally work with the different type of frame that your doors required I had to order the screens from a supplier. Unfortunately higher volume shops often don't meet my personal standards. I did leave the screens for your use at your option free of charge - which was all I had to offer, and paid for them out of my own pocket."
