Great clean job. Did everything he said he would do. Great customer service and friendly workmen.

I was promised more than was actually done. Billy explained all of the aspects of sanding/filling in wood joints before the project, as well as the ways that the foundation would be protected. The latter was done. As I have more carefully looked at the wood, I'm not sure the promise was kept. In places where the wood was painted, parts seem to already be peeling away. But, hey, I have a guarantee so I will expect any necessary repainting, right? Also, I would recommend to all that you keep an eye on every part of the prep, painting and cleanup. In my case, I discovered, too late, that the crew had another job the same day. Hmm, that probably explains why I had bits of power washed paint all over my yard and driveway, why my garage outdoor light fixtures had residues from the paint and water wash cleanup. Billy denied that they were a result of his work. Hmm?

Billy and crew were very professional and did an amazing exterior paint job on my home. Customer service was exceptional and I felt very comfortable using Diamondback.

Fast, efficient and friendly

Diamondback provided a thorough and concise proposal and delivered to my expectations. The owner explained to me the entire process for completing the work and provided a timeline for completion. The workmanship of the crew assigned to my project was flawless, checking off every box stated in the contract. The project overview consisted of power washing, prepping, and painting exterior house, yard wall / wall on street. I certainly recommend others with similar project to contact Diamondback. You'll be glad that you did.

William Gregg of Diamondback Home Improvement was outstanding, from the first time meeting and all during the painting of the house. He was there when his outstanding crew started work and check on them during the whole painting of our house. My neighbor from the street was impressed and hire him to paint the trim of her house. Also some neighbor from down the street stopped and checked out his workmanship and ask for a estimate to paint his house. Our house painting job had plenty of detail challenges including stucco repair and a tri-color profile. This crew paid great attention to detail work around light fixtures and thorough coverage of trim all around facia and common walls. These fellas really came to work .
