I bought the tile, had it shipped over here from Phoenix. I know I had plenty of tile but he ran out so he couldn't tile my shower the way he did my floor. I had to go buy new tile. The project ran about $1000.00 over cost because of his screw up. I was not happy about that. His price was good, he wasn't the lowest but he wasn't the highest. A very good friend of mine who does work for me recommended him. He didn't know that he had screwed up so badly. He put the hen on me. He wanted to take me out for margaritas. He said he could drive out to where I was. Very unprofessional. He asked for money for lodging because he was going to have three guys come over and help tile. He told me they were going to stay in a hotel. They ended up all staying in my condo, not the hotel. It went so far over budget, I payed for transportation and lodging of which they didn't use the money for. He says I owe him $1,100 which I do not plan on paying.
