Dan were really great, they did a great job on the grout.

They were fantastic! All the signs were there. I received a confirmation text from Dan a few days before the job, and they showed up 2 minutes early the day of which I really appreciated. Their truck was clean, the workers were clean and courteous, and adding a few extra things that were not originally discussed weren't an issue. I had to pay extra for these things, which I certainly expected, but it wasn't a problem. They worked a full 8 hours and walked us around three times to verify everything was to our satisfaction. It's funny how you see things you don't find the first or second time around. I will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Everything went great. Josh and his crew, Vaughn and James, showed up on time and got the job done. First time we have had it done in 19 years and it looks like new.

Dan was outstanding! He was extremely professional from beginning to end. Great communication from quoting to how to care for the tile/grout after his team was done. Dan has a great process to get the best out of your tile/grout. The grout and tile look amazing and am going to re-hire Dan to do my basement tile also. Highly recommend hiring him!

Dan and his coworker thoroughly cleaned our tile and grout and then stained the grout. And he repaired the spots where we had broken grout. Now the tile and grout looks new. Dan was attentive to our needs, flexible to our schedule, personable, and professional. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again.

The cleaning and resealing of our Saltillo tiles came out better than we imagined! They look beautiful and we are very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend this company for Saltillo tile work.

Their process was efficient and effective! They restained all my grout (3000 sq ft), made my floors look like new again and I couldn't be happier! If you are reading this, you are probably searching for an A-rated, professional, reliable, dependable, quality-driven provider to clean your grungy tile and grout. I too, like so many of us, went to Angie's List to find the best provider I could. I came upon Desert Tile and Grout, and, as I read, I couldn't believe the rave reviews and the highest marks given in every category. This was exactly the type of provider I was looking for, so I called Dan to come by for an estimate. Dan gave me an excellent price and setup a day for the following week to do the work. As you will read in all the reviews prior to this one, Dan is very personable and easy to talk to. He is courteous and professional, and he believes in providing quality service on every job, every time. The work that he does, especially the painstaking way that he does it, is hard work, but he told me that he loves what he does. This is evident in the most excellent job he and Tyler (a very respectful, hard working young man) did on our tile and grout. So the reviews you've read are true. Do not hesitate to contact Dan to transform your tile and grout to its former glory, just like it was when it was brand new. I know that when the time comes to rejuvenate our tile again, I will be giving Dan a call.

I can't say enough good things about Dan and Tyler. My floors look amazing and the service was top notch. We bought our house a year and a half ago, with beautiful saltillo tile throughout. It was filthy and dull though (no idea when the previous owners cleaned or sealed last) and for anyone who's ever had saltillo, you know what a pain it is to keep decent looking once the sealer has worn off. Dan answered my calls promptly and showed up on time for both the estimate and the cleaning. Both Dan and his assistant Tyler were super friendly and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. As a woman at home with just my son, having strange workmen inside the house for hours is pretty nerve wracking but their personalities put me right at ease. They were honest, friendly and hard-working and I would use them again in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to anyone looking to take care of their tile.

We have 30-year-old Mexican terrazzo tile that had not been cleaned in many years. It had lost it's shine and the grout looked horrible. Dan said not to worry, he would fix it. And he did! I am stunned at how nice it looks. Our floor looks better than brand new. Dan was personable, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. 

The first day, they came out with a powerful cleaning machine and deep cleaned the floor and dried it. Overnight, it dried completely. We had to stay off the floor all night. This morning, they came and applied five coats of sealant to give it the shine we wanted. We let the floor dry the rest of the day to ensure everything was set. He told us we could walk on it much sooner, but we wanted to be extra sure we didn't mess it up.

Before they left, they explained the kind of care this floor needs. No damp mopping. (Something we had been doing regularly.) No area rugs with rubber backing. Oops. There go the door mats. ...

We are so thrilled with the floor and with Dan. Without a question, we will recommend him to everyone we know and hand out his cards for him.... And he will be the only one taking care of our floor.

Dan and Tyler did a fantastic job!  I saw a "F" on the site, however, these guys do not deserve a F!  They know their job and they do it well.  I told Dan I thought about replacing the tile, however, this tile looked brand new when they had completed the job.  They gave me tips on keeping my floor clean and how to touch up chips.  I have Tyler returning to work on my countertop tile and do some sand siliconing around the baseboards.
Would I hire these guys again?  Would I refer them to friends and neighbors?  You bet!!!  You will be very pleased with their work!

his quote was fair. He showed up right on time and his work was excellent. The young man who helped him (Travis??), was as hard working and professional as Dan!!

Our tile floor and grout in high traffic areas was dirty in spite of weekly cleaning with a wet Swifter. We need help from a professional. I was impressed with all the positive reviews on Angie's List. We called Dan the owner and scheduled him to clean our floors. Dan and his helper showed up exactly on time and did an amazing job. Our floors look like new. They were able to repair cracks in the grout. Dan is easy to talk too and very responsive. He gave us instructions on how to keep the floors clean (don't use a wet swifter because it leaves a residue). If you need someone to clean your tile call Dan. You will not be disappointed.

Dan and Troy did a great job - the grout cleaning/sealing made the interior look like new again.  They were on time, did a professional job, and finished on time.

Dan, the owner, came the week prior- providing me with options and cost.  He and his co-worker Tyler were on time day of service and did nothing short of an outstanding job. My tile looks brand new. Both gentlemen are very personable which makes the experience even better. You can feel very comfortable with having them in your home. You will see why they have good reviews here in Angie's list and are recommended by BBB for a reason.

Dan was very punctual and professional. He showed up for appointments as scheduled, answered all our questions and gave us a very competitive quote. He and his assistant showed up punctually at the time scheduled for the cleaning and completed the job in one day. He, and his assistant, are very hard working. They answered all my questions. They were very courteous and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Dan colored a small area of grout to make sure I liked the color we chose. That did not happen when the tile was first installed which resulted in much lighter grout than we intended to have when the floor was laid.

Dan answered my first telephone call immediately and we made an appointment for him and Tyler to come and look at the work that required doing.  They arrived ahead of appointment time after calling to check it was OK.  They were great guys, extremely polite, knowledgable and efficient.  It was a fair and reasonable quotation, which we accepted, and a date was set for the 18 May for the works to start.  Dan telephoned me on Saturday 16 to confirm the start time on Monday and they arrived promptly at 07.30, as arranged, to start.  Over the next 2 days they arrived promptly and carried out the works efficiently,  with a minimum of disruption and treated us and our home with great respect.  We are absolutely delighted with the finished job and would not hesitate to have them do further works.    Combined with the fact that they are extremely nice guys to have around and the finished job is great it - it made a potentially difficult time  very worthwhile.  Thank you so much Dan and Tyler.
