They showed up on time, did the work but dealing with the office was something else.  Then when we had trouble with the duct system making loud noises as the air was moving the filters in their holders and banging around every time the air came on, we called and ask them what to do.  They said they had no ideas.  They did not offer to come back out nor any ideas and when we stated maybe we would call someone else, they could have cared less.
