THEY HAD A DECENT RATE FOR REFINANCE, BUT WE THOUGHT THEIR LENDER FEES WERE PRETTY HIGH. THEY ADVERTISED NO ORIGINATION FEES, BUT CHARGED US ON OTHER TYPES OF FEES. AFTER I LOCKED IN WITH THEM, I FOUND OUT I COULD'VE GOTTEN THE SAME INTEREST RATE AT OTHER PLACES WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY SO MUCH IN FEES. THE STAFF WAS NICE AND THE GENTLEMAN I WORKED WITH WAS ALWAYS PROMPT IN ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS.
