CURE FOR A NICHE

From meeting with the designer, phone calls to the company, installation and finished product we were very impressed. Every aspect was professional. It by far exceeded our expectations. We got their name from one of those bulk coupon mailers, so we did not have super hight hopes - however, they definitely impressed us. The cabinet is beautiful solid wood, the design works great for the unusual space we had-even the hinges are top notch so it is easy for us to remove the doors when we needed to put the video components inside.

I called for an estimate for an entertainment center. I was told that Pat, one of the owners, would call me the following day to set up an appt. Pat never called back.

Good luck trying to contact someone from this company. All I ever get is an answering service who says they'll page someone. I've left 3 messages but only 1 call was returned 2 days after the date/time I requested they call. The caller stated that if I get the answering service to have her paged & she would call right back, but that never happened! I don't know how this company gets any business, they've certainly lost mine.

THE OWNER CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE ON TWO OCCASIONS TO MEASURE AND DRAW UP BLUE PRINTS. HE CAME TOTALLY PREPARED WITH A LAPTOP, PRINTER, STAIN SAMPLES, GLASS SAMPLES AND SPEAKER CLOTH SAMPLES. THERE WERE SOME MISTAKES IN THE BUILDING OF THE UNIT BUT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND HAPPY TO CORRECT IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.
