"We are sorry that you feel this way. We snaked the drain. After snaking the drain and running tests we found it was because the sink did not have a proper plunger drain with an overflow. This was restricting air to allow proper drainage leaving it with an air lock. Using the camera for a free camera inspection after clearing the drain was not necessary as it was not in the drain causing the problem. Provided an estimate to correct the issue causing the drain to be slow. We apologize for any misunderstanding and would like to discuss this further with you. We have attempted to call multiple times with the phone number on file and but have not received a call back. We would like to review this with you in person. Please contact Manager Jayson Harrison 480-895-5858"
"Roy, We reviewed this with Wes. All the other appliances that you have in the area worked fine. All signs pointed to it was the valve. When you work on gas systems they are threaded and you start from point A and have to work your way to the last fixture point Z, because they are all threaded together. When you have to make a repair in a gas system you can't just cut a pipe out and weld back. The only way to inspect inside a gas line and figure out what is going on is to cut a section of pipe out or remove the valve. Wes followed a normal troubleshooting process. Water in a gas line is very uncommon and abnormal. Finding how the water entered in this line should be discussed further. We strive to keep our customers for life. Wes would be more than willing to come back free of charge to troubleshoot and discuss to make sure this does not happen again."
