Internet Service
The installation of new service went ok. The technician was prompt and professional and the service was installed ok. Unfortunately, they disconnected my service at the other address on my account, even after I clarified 3 times that they should not do this. With my service disconnected, one would think it could be reactivated easily. Well, 10 hours later and countless calls, as I am writing this the service is still not restored. This company communicates poorly internally and has no desire to meet their customer needs. There are limited choices for internet service providers and I think they know it. I used to think that Century Link was the worst, but now i am not sure.

Cox has the worst customer service and rates for cable service. I really wish we could have Comcast again.
